"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from hairjazz.com the shipping was way slower than I expected. I barely got any updates, so half the time I had no clue where my parcel even was. It did show up eventually, but the wait was really frustrating. Like, how is this okay when you’re paying and expecting a normal delivery experience? Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not a great first impression

I have fine, wavy hair and Hair Jazz actually worked well for me without making my hair feel weighed down, which is always a win. My sister has drier curls though, and she said she needed way more conditioner after using it. So yeah, I’d say it’s good, but expecting it to work the same for every hair type is kind of ridiculous.

I was surprised by how easy this was to use. The bottle felt comfortable to hold, and it didn’t end up getting all over my bathroom, which I was a little worried about at first.
The instructions were clear enough that I didn’t have to look up videos or ask anyone for help. I just put it on, waited around a bit, rinsed it out, and that was it. For me, that’s a huge plus because I don’t have much patience for complicated hair products.

"Refund came through fast"
The return process was simple, and I got my refund back quicker than I expected. it was nice not having to chase anyone down or stress about it... just an easy experience overall.

"Delivery was kinda hit or miss"
I mean, delivery has been quick sometimes, so I don’t really know what happened this time. My order showed up late, which was a bit annoying. Not the worst experience, just not super consistent from what I’ve seen.

I picked up Hair Jazz because my hair was shedding like crazy, especially every time I washed it. At first I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything, but after a few weeks I started noticing there wasn’t nearly as much hair in the shower drain or stuck in my brush, which was such a relief.
It definitely wasn’t some overnight miracle, but my hair does feel a bit stronger now. I guess maybe it just needed time to... anyway, I’m happy with the results so far and I’m going to keep using it.

"Worked a little, but left my scalp itchy"
I used Hair Jazz for a few weeks and, to be fair, my hair did feel a bit softer. But after washing, my scalp started getting itchy and a little red, which was really annoying. I feel stupid for trusting all the hype around it because I ended up having to stop using it. Maybe it works fine for other people, but it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"A soft scent that brings back good memories"
This smells really nice without being too strong. It has that kind of gentle scent that reminds me of walking into a clean, cozy room at someone’s house when I was younger. Simple, pleasant, and not overwhelming at all.

"Better than I expected, especially compared to others"
I didn’t expect much at first, but I was surprised. Before using it, things were just okay, but after trying it out, the difference was really noticeable. I’ve used a few similar products from other brands, and this one actually felt more effective and easier to stick with.

"Ingredients might be hit or miss for some of us"
I took a closer look at the ingredients, they feel a little mixed to me. There are definitely some good ones in there, but also a few that I’m not totally sure I’d want on my scalp. I think other customers who are picky about cleaner formulas might feel the same way. It’s not a bad product, just not quite as clean as I was hoping for. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Made my hair feel greasy and kind of off"
I really wanted to like Hair Jazz, but yeah... the texture just wasn’t for me. It felt thick going on, and kind of sticky too, like it wasn’t really spreading the way I expected.
Even after washing it out, my hair still felt heavy. Almost like there was a coating left behind or something. By the next day, my roots were already greasy, which was annoying.
Maybe it works better for other hair types, I don’t know. For me, it just made my hair feel dirty faster, and not in the fresh, clean way I was hoping for.

I ordered from hairjazz.com and got the confirmation email and receipt right away, so everything was fine on that side. When the package arrived though, the box was a bit dented and looked like it had been knocked around a little.
Luckily nothing was leaking and the products inside were still okay, so it wasn’t a big issue. I just think they could use a bit more padding or protection in the box. Not terrible, but not amazing either, so I’d give it 3 stars.

"My hair actually feels thicker"
I picked up Hair Jazz because my hair had been looking flat and kind of thin lately. After using it for a few weeks, I can definitely feel a difference, especially when I put my hair up in a ponytail. It just feels fuller, and after washing it has more volume too. I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but compared to how it was before... yeah, I’m happy with it so far.

"Bundle deal felt a bit misleading"
I went with the bundle thinking I’d be saving more, but the discount ended up being underwhelming. I did save a little, so it wasn’t a total loss, but it felt like the deal was made to sound better than it actually was.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I felt like the prices on hairjazz.com were actually fair. Hair products can get ridiculously expensive, and compared to some others I’ve looked at… this just seemed more reasonable. Ordering was easy, and I didn’t have that feeling like I was paying too much. I’d probably buy again if the prices stay around this range.

"Gentle enough for my sensitive scalp"
My scalp can be picky, and I usually know after one wash if a shampoo is going to make it itchy or irritated. hairjazz has actually been really comfortable for me so far. I don’t get that burning or tight feeling, and my scalp feels a little calmer and less dry after using it a few times. For me, it feels like a good fit because it cleans without bothering my head, which is harder to find than I expected
